**Job Summary**:
As a Data Entry Operator at National coaters, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our database systems. You will play a key role in managing and maintaining efficient and accurate records. Your ability to focus on detail, work with mínimal supervision, and handle confidential information is crucial.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Entry and Verification:
Accurately input data from various sources into the designated database system.

Verify data by comparing it to source documents.

Update existing data and delete unnecessary files.
- Data Management:
Organize and maintain data in a filing system.

Ensure backups are done regularly to prevent data loss.
- Quality Control:
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
- Reporting:
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
- Compliance and Confidentiality:
Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being dealt with.
- Coordination and Collaboration:
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Liaise with colleagues to ensure data entry needs are met.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be a plus.

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.

Experience with MS Office and data programs.

Familiarity with administrative duties.

Typing speed and accuracy.

Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Attention to detail.

Confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience with specific database software.

Basic understanding of databases.

Good command of English both oral and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
