Key Responsibilities:
**Student Outreach and Engagement**:

- Attend recruiting events (e.g., college fairs) to promote the institution.
- Conduct campus tours and information sessions to prospective students and their families.
- Meet with students and answer questions about programs, majors, and campus life.
- Develop and maintain relationships with alumni and other networks to identify and recruit potential students.

**Application Management**:

- Verify applicant information and references.
- Assist with final admissions decisions and offer letters.

**Recruitment and Promotion**:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
- Promote the institution's programs and services to potential students and their families.
- Work with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

**Counseling and Guidance**:

- Provide guidance to students on course selection, financial aid, and scholarships.
- Connect students with resources that can help them succeed academically.
- Stay informed about higher education trends and changes in policies.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare reports and analyses to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for higher education and student success.
- Knowledge of admissions processes and procedures.
- Ability to research and analyze data.
- A bachelor's degree is required..

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
