We are looking for a skilled and results-driven digital strategist to coordinate our various digital mediums and assist our company in reaching specific goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with resourcing for projects, understanding business implications to help determine staffing adjustments and hiring needs
- Foster innovation and creativity among team members and direct reports
- Work with designers and developers, advertising leads, and third parties to meet your client's needs as necessary.
- Lead or assist in the development of consulting strategy and campaign briefs
- Identify new opportunities in the social and digital space (new platforms, new formats, and new content ideas).
- Conceptualize these opportunities in strategic and creative ways.
- Define the best way to implement them (globally and locally).
- Present and defend projects to key stakeholders (agency peers and clients)
- Manage and support project execution.
- Execute social content planning for key campaigns.
- Identify consumer insights from data points (social listening, reports, etc)
- Monitor and report on performance.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Degree in advertising, marketing, communication science, or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Firm grasp of emerging digital tools.
- Thorough understanding of digital touchpoints.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Insightful and perceptive.
- Business knowledge.
- Understanding of web analytics.
- Possess broad knowledge of best digital practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per month
