SR. AD STRATEGIST- DIGITAL MARKETING HI we are looking for a Senior Ad Strategist—a seasoned paid media expert with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Facebook/Meta Ads and cross-channel campaign execution. This role serves as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) who partners closely with business consultants to own campaign execution, optimization, and tactical delivery on key accounts. Senior Ad Strategist Location: Gurgaon – In-office Job Location Gurugram, (DLF Phase 5, Gurugram) Industries The Company is marketing consulting firm focused on helping businesses decode, optimize, and scale their paid media investments through data-driven insights, automation, and strategic rigor. We work across startups, growth-stage companies, and enterprises to deliver measurable business impact through high-performance marketing systems. Required Skill & Experience 3-6 years of deep, hands-on paid media experience, primarily Facebook/Meta Ads, with exposure to Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, or programmatic platforms. Proven track record managing, optimizing, and scaling high-budget campaigns across complex client accounts. Strong technical proficiency with paid media platform nuances, creative testing, audience targeting, bid management, and funnel optimization. Working knowledge of tracking infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs, with an ability to implement and troubleshoot tracking setups across platforms. Comfortable working alongside business consultants, translating strategic goals into executable campaign plans. Data-fluent with ability to analyze campaign metrics, derive insights, and implement automation or AI-driven enhancements. Effective communicator, able to explain technical performance details to non-technical stakeholders and clients. Experience mentoring or managing junior paid media professionals is preferred Compensation & Qualifications Salary Range: 12–24 LPA (based on experience and skill level) Experience: 3–6 years in paid media campaign execution, preferably with Meta/Facebook Ads and other digital platforms.
