**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibility**:

- Research trending topics and create engaging, well-structured YouTube scripts.
- Develop high-retention storytelling that aligns with the channel's niche and target audience.
- Optimize scripts for YouTube’s algorithm (watch time, engagement, storytelling).
- Adapt content style and tone based on different niches (e.g., finance, entertainment, technology, self-improvement, etc.).
- Collaborate with video editors and content strategists to ensure seamless execution.
- Meet deadlines and maintain a consistent content output.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a YouTube scriptwriter or content writer in digital media.
- Strong storytelling, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to write in different tones and styles as per channel requirements.
- Excellent command of English grammar and language.
- Experience using AI tools, scriptwriting software, or SEO tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of YouTube automation and faceless YouTube channels.
- Ability to write concise and engaging scripts that retain audience attention.
