**Responsibilities**:

- Manage outgoing and incoming calls.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, orders, and other relevant inquiries.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer support system and update customer information as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and operations, to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers, colleagues, and the overall work environment.
- Provide feedback to the manager on customer issues, trends, and areas for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills Mandatory.
- Knowledge of customer service.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
- Should know how to work on excel.

**Details**:

- Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
- Schedule: Day shift (10 AM to 7 PM)

**Experience**:
0-4 Years of relevant work experience, Fresher Can Apply

**Education**:
Diploma / Graduate / Post Graduate or Equivalent experience in related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
