**Supervision of Staff**:

- Oversee and manage servers, hosts, and bussers to ensure high-quality service.
- Train and mentor service staff in customer service standards, food safety, and company policies.
- Organize staff schedules and manage shift changes.
- **Guest Experience**:

- Ensure guests are greeted warmly and seated promptly.
- Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor the dining area for cleanliness and ambiance, ensuring tables are cleaned and set appropriately.
- **Coordination with Kitchen**:

- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and resolve any delays or issues.
- Coordinate between the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) to ensure smooth operations.
- **Quality Control**:

- Maintain high standards of food presentation and service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee food and beverage quality control.
- **Inventory and Supplies**:

- Monitor inventory levels of dining room supplies (menus, cutlery, etc.) and place orders as needed.
- Ensure proper stocking and maintenance of the restaurant’s front area.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Assist in preparing reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
- Ensure accurate billing and handle cash or credit transactions when necessary.
- **Leadership and Problem-Solving**:

- Lead by example in providing excellent customer service.
- Address and resolve any service-related issues efficiently.
- Motivate the team to achieve high performance during busy shifts.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in restaurant service, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
