Job Title: Shop Floor Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Floor Supervisor to oversee the production processes in our fabrication industries / steel iron or machinery automation industries. The Shop Floor Supervisor will be responsible for managing the work flow, creating work schedules, giving directions, and training new hires. This position does not involve overseeing product development.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage work flow to ensure that all stages of production are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Create work schedules and allocate resources to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.

Monitor production activities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as required.

Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and support to all team members.

Ensure that all equipment and machinery are maintained in good working order and that safety procedures are followed.

Maintain accurate records of production activities and prepare reports as required.

Work with other departments to ensure that all customer orders are completed to the required standards and delivered on time.

Manage and motivate the production team to ensure that all targets are met.

Qualifications:
DME / BE BTECH MECHANICAL or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 8 years of work experience in fabrication industries / steel iron or machinery automation industries.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
