Job Description for Floor Manager – Jewellery Retail Store

  1. Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth customer service and store upkeep.
  2. Good knowledge of handling employees and resolve issues and achieve targets.
  3. Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and team targets.
  4. Provide excellent customer service, handle escalations, and resolve complaints promptly.
  5. Monitor product displays, stock levels, and store aesthetics to maintain high standards.
  6. Ensure security protocols are followed for jewellery inventory and store premises.
  7. Train and guide new staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  8. Coordinate with management for promotional activities and special events.
  9. Maintain accurate sales records, stock reports, and floor performance metrics.
  10. Foster a customer-centric culture to enhance shopping experience and brand loyalty.
  11. Uphold company policies, grooming standards, and compliance guidelines.
