Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Floor Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fitness center, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for the health and wellness industry, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the fitness center, including front desk, group fitness, and personal training

  • Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their fitness goals and preferences, and providing personalized support and guidance

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, adhering to company policies and procedures

  • Supervise and motivate a team of fitness staff, including personal trainers and group fitness instructors

  • Drive sales growth through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques

  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives

  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations

Client Relationship Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their progress, provide feedback, and make recommendations for improvement

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services, and work with clients to develop personalized fitness plans

  • Resolve client complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the health and wellness industry

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences

  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and optimize operations

  • Knowledge of health and wellness industry trends and best practices

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
