Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior OT Floor Nurse (Female) to join our team at SuperHealth Hospital, Koramangala. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in handling Operation Theatre procedures, patient care, and coordination with surgeons and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
  • Manage OT instruments, sterilization, and preparation before surgery.
  • Monitor patients condition before, during, and after surgery.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
  • Guide and mentor junior nurses in the OT department.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an OT Nurse.
  • Strong knowledge of OT techniques, equipment, and patient care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
