Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily floor activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain organized records of daily tasks and employee activities.
- Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with employees and management to address any operational issues.
- Assist in task delegation and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support in resolving any floor-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
