The Captain Floor Supervisor in a restaurant setting is responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the dining floor. They play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, managing the restaurant staff, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This leadership position requires strong communication skills, effective team management abilities, and a thorough understanding of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Floor Operations Management: Oversee and manage all activities on the dining floor, including seating arrangements, table turnovers, and overall guest flow. Ensure efficient operations and adherence to company standards and policies.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bussers. Assign work schedules, provide training and guidance, and conduct performance evaluations. Foster a positive work environment and address any employee issues or conflicts that may arise.

Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. Train and coach staff on proper service techniques, resolving guest complaints, and addressing customer concerns.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
