**[FLOOR IN CHARGE] [FLOOR EXECUTIVE]**

**Job Overview**

We are looking for an organized Floor In Charge to supervise all floor activity including assisting customers & monitoring staff. You will be responsible for ensuring that all floor requirements are met. If you’re excited to be part of a winning team, it’s an excellent place to get ahead.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Ensuring the service area ready before every session (Lunch & Dinner) starts by complete the following up to the level of perfection: Bamboo Cleaning, Stone Chips Cleaning & Leveling, Jag Cleaning and water filling, Fan Cleaning (Weekly), Lamp cleaning, Table Cleaning, Vinegar Washing of Utensils (Weekly), Wiping of Plates, Spoons & Glass, Serving Bowls & Tandoor Platters, Cruet Set & Pickle Set cleaning and refilling, Napkins folding, Tables setting, Putting soft drinks in fridge, Incense Sanitization etc.
- Allocating tables to the guests in most effective and organized manner by following waiting guidelines set by the Management.
- Attending guests as soon as they occupy table, produce menu card and describing the dishes to the guests when asked and help guests selecting the items of their choices and requirements.
- Providing and managing a customer friendly service environment at all time to give customers a pleasant dining experience in CCDD.
- Monitoring and ensuring prompt service of the Captains, Waiters and Cleaners to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handling and addressing guest’s complaints/queries, if any
- Ensuring quick table clearing and making it ready for the next customer to increase table turnover.
- Ensuring quick bill presentation and clearing to increase table turnover.
- Ensuring personal hygiene and Dhaba hygiene at all time.
- Strictly maintaining discipline inside Dhaba at all time.
- In case of emergency situations, taking orders from the guests correctly, writing the special instruction (if any) on the KOTs and placing the orders to kitchen through the waiters of the respective tables.
- Informing guests about the approximate time to be taken to supply the dishes ordered. Ensuring supplying of food within the given timeframe.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per week
