Position : Store Channel Executive
Location : #Lucknow
Benefits : CTC - 2.5 Lakh per annum + Incentive | Job Type : Off-Roll
Graduates with min 1 year Experience required in logistics and/or onboarding/managing delivery boys on per packet rate and managing deliveries and pickups
Incumbent to manage 2+ delivery branches, should have own bike
Desired Skills:
- Rich knowledge of city's geographical area
- Hiring delivery boys for different routes' delivery and pickup
- Planning route-wise delivery boys and optimum load allocation
- Rostering delivery boys and festive planning
- Close monitoring Performance Metrics (delivery and pickup success rate, failed delivery/pickup validation, CSAT and others)
- Coach and mentor the delivery boys and raise their concerns to superiors
