JD for Presales Executive: Job Description: Pre-Sales Executive Work Location : Pune, Baner (Head Office) Salary range : 17000/- to 25000/- Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Contact potential customers by phone to promote available apartments or upcoming projects, and invite them for on-site visits. Provide detailed explanations of the projects and relevant information to encourage customer visits to the site. Deliver a well-structured sales pitch to customers, adjusting the script as needed to align with their specific needs and preferences. Share apartment sizes, pricing details, and other relevant information to help customers make informed decisions. Address customer inquiries and provide clear answers to their questions. Collect customer information, including name, phone number, email address, current residence, and work location. Accurately document customer details and their feedback on the project in a CRM system. Coordinate and schedule customer site visits with the sales team at the project location. Answer inbound calls from prospective customers responding to advertisements. Follow up with customers after initial contact to maintain engagement and move them further along in the sales process.
