Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and develop new B2B clients for LED screen sales and installations.Promote Xtreme Media’s indoor, outdoor, and custom LED display solutions.Meet with architects, builders, system integrators, event companies, retail chains, and corporate clients.Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate display configurations.Prepare proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and presentations to order closure and payment follow-ups.Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners for long-term business growth.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new LED technologies.Willingness to travel across East India for client meetings and project discussions.RequirementsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field.1–5 years of experience in B2B or project-based product sales, preferably in LED displays, AV systems, signage, or electronics.Strong technical understanding or willingness to learn about LED display specifications (pixel pitch, brightness, resolution, etc.).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet sales targets independently.Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali.Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for tech sales may also apply.BenefitsSalary Range₹35,000-₹50,000 per month (plus attractive sales incentives based on performance and project value)
