Job Description
Compensation & Benefits -
Design and implement compensation strategies that align with the company's business goals.Manage the company's benefits program to ensure competitiveness in the market.Desing and implement long term and short-term incentive plans.Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to develop a strategic compensation plan that aligns with the organization's objectives and values.Ensure regulatory compliance regarding compensation and benefits.Provide advice to management on pay decisions, policy development, and job evaluation.Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.HR Operations & Payroll -
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines.Drive HR operations for the organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient service that meets the needs of the business.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining a keen understanding of the overall morale and promoting a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.ESOP computation and implementation.Working on NRC Presentation.Front ending any Regulatory requirements.Market Benchmarking.Ensuring the Implementation of All HR Policies and Processes.Handling Incentive Calculations and BonusesHR Compliance -
Managing All HR Compliance related mattersPerformance Management -
Collaborate with managers and employees to set clear, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound performance goals aligned with organizational strategies.Providing ongoing, constructive feedback to employees regarding their performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.Conducting formal performance evaluations at regular intervals to assess employee achievements against set goals and provide comprehensive feedback.Developing and implementing targeted plans to address performance issues with under performing employees.The Successful Applicant
A successful AVP - Total Rewards, HR Ops & Performance Management should have:
12+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on Total RewardsDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Knowledge in HR operations, compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Strong project management abilities.Proficiency in HR systems and databases.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.-
