Compensation, HR Operations, and Performance Management Expertise

As a seasoned executive, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation strategies that align with the organization's business goals. This includes managing benefits programs to ensure competitiveness in the market, developing long-term and short-term incentive plans, and collaborating with senior management to develop strategic compensation plans.

  • Design and implement compensation strategies that drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage benefits programs to maintain competitiveness in the market.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Drive HR operations to meet business needs by analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to set clear performance goals and provide ongoing feedback to employees regarding their performance.
  • Conduct formal performance evaluations at regular intervals.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on Total Rewards.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge in HR operations, compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong project management abilities.
