Job Description

Develop and implement advertising sales strategies to meet revenue targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and other stakeholders.Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio within the media and advertising sector.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality advertising solutions.Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all sales activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director - Ad Sales should have:

A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in advertising sales within the media and advertising industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.A deep understanding of advertising trends, platforms, and client needs.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
