Paytm Ads maps the user transactions to their lifestyle choices and creates customized segmentation cohorts for sharp shooting ad campaigns to the most relevant target group.We are hiring for the role of Advertising Sales Manager for FMCG/CPG verticals.Job Responsibilities: Become an expert in Paytm Ads solutions for businesses of all sizes andadapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs Own end-to-end key business metrics like ads revenue, educate and leadstrategic conversations with clients and navigate complex relationships Be the voice of Paytm ads in the industry and present Paytm's advertisingsolutions to CXOs, media heads, brand managers, agency partners of largebrands in the market Build a strong pipeline of media briefs and respond with customized pitchesand proposals aligned with the client’s business and marketing objectives Work closely with the campaign delivery and optimization team to monitor anddeliver expected results to the advertiser Lead initiatives which require significant cross team collaboration to buildinnovative advertising solutions for key advertisers Provide constant feedback to the product team to improve advertisingperformance and customer experienceDesired Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in advertising sales managing large clients (digitalpreferred) Proven experience in managing programs / categories / business verticals Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to work cross-functionallyand with a wide range of employees with different skill sets Ability to deep-dive into a problem; very strong analytical and presentationskills required High bias for action required Ability to thrive and perform in an ambiguous setting; sound judgment andflexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keepingpeople and projects moving on scheduleWhy join us ● A collaborative output driven program that brings cohesiveness across businesses through technology ● Improve the average revenue per use by increasing the cross-sell opportunities● A solid 360 feedback from your peer teams on your support of their goals● Respect, that is earned, not demanded from your peers and managerCompensation: If you are the right fit, we believe in creating wealth for youWith enviable 500 mn+ registered users, 21 mn+ merchants and depth of data in our ecosystem, we are in a unique position to democratize credit for deserving consumers & merchants – and we are committed to it.
