Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for an Ad Sales Recruiter. The Ad Sales( Recruiter ) will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment activities tailored to ad sales roles. Responsibilities include sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing the hiring process, and collaborating with stakeholders for talent acquisition needs. The recruiter will coordinate with account managers and other teams to align hiring strategies with organizational objectives while ensuring high-quality recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

Must have
Media Sales or Ad Sales experience mandatory.

Should have 1-3 years of Experience in Ad Sales / Media Sales.

Should create and upgrade job posters using Canva, Adobe, and other design tools.

Should source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social platforms.

Should screen and shortlist candidates based on the job criteria.

Should schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Should maintain recruitment trackers and provide timely updates.
