Achieve business growth of the company

1. Sales strategy & implementation

2. Network expansion – plan & execute

3. Product planning

4. Field team capability enhancement

5. Pricing strategy

Improve profitability in the business

1. Suggest FOB change for better profitability of distributor

2. Pricing strategy (Retail price) for better profitability of distributor /

Improve Co's brand image in the country

1. Branding initiatives

2. Marketing strategy planning and execution for better branding

3. Execution of ATL & BTL activities with channel partner

Mentoring of team members & close co-ordination with support functions for smooth execution.

1. Team development discussions and exercises

2. Continuous interactions with other departments for sustained exchange of information for improved processes

Customer care

1. Plan and execute enhancement of service reach

2. Ensure customer satisfaction
