Job Description
Provide executive-level support, including calendar management and travel arrangements, to senior leaders.Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring all facilities are managed effectively.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.Manage office budgets, including procurement and expense tracking.Support HR processes like onboarding and maintaining employee records.Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers.Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Take ownership of ad hoc projects to support the business's operational needs.The Successful Applicant
A successful EA and Office Manager should have:
A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.Proven experience in executive support and office management.Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Familiarity with financial services or investment/asset management industries.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.-
