Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for:
Managing the corporate secretarial functions for multiple global entities end-to-end, from incorporation, routine documentation, board meetings, maintenance of company registers, etc.Drafting, reviewing, and coordinating the execution of basic legal documents, resolutions, and internal templatesAssisting legal teams in various transactions and supporting AML/KYC requests when necessaryLiaise with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel and cross-functional teamsManage internal trackers, project timelines, and ensure document circulation and deadline adherenceAssisting with projects as requiredThe Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should
You must have a CS qualification with atleast 6 years of experience, LLB would be a plusYou must have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsExposure to APAC, EU, UK or any other international compliances would be a plus
