Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the corporate secretarial functions for multiple global entities end-to-end, from incorporation, routine documentation, board meetings, maintenance of company registers, etc.
- Drafting, reviewing, and coordinating the execution of basic legal documents, resolutions, and internal templates
- Assisting legal teams in various transactions and supporting AML/KYC requests when necessary
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel and cross-functional teams
- Manage internal trackers, project timelines, and ensure document circulation and deadline adherence
- Assisting with projects as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should
- You must have a CS qualification with atleast 6 years of experience, LLB would be a plus
- You must have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Exposure to APAC, EU, UK or any other international compliances would be a plus
