Key Responsibilities:-Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute national sales plans for home loans and mortgages.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a nationwide sales team to achieve targets and ensure professional growth.Business Development: Drive new business, build relationships with key stakeholders (developers, brokers, etc.).Market Insights: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.Customer Focus: Ensure sales teams offer tailored solutions and exceptional service.Collaboration & Compliance: Ensure alignment with marketing, operations, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications and Skills:-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.Experience: 20-25 years in sales leadership within home finance or financial services.Leadership: Strong team management and motivational skills.Sales Expertise: Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop sales strategies.Industry Knowledge: Expertise in home loans, mortgages, and financial regulations.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for business development.
