Works closely with multiple cross-functional partners, including marketing, Business Development, Medical Affairs, Professional Education etc.Evolving beyond contracting to capabilities on partnershipsShaping and leading ecosystem partnerships including commercial and education solutions like e-commerce etc.Developing and implementing comprehensive business development strategies that align with company's overall objectives.Conducting thorough research to identify market trends, customer preferences, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.Identifying and creating new leads through networking, outreach, and initiatives in collaboration with Marketing team.Work with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to advance access to innovative medical technologies.The Successful ApplicantA successful Key Account Manager - South & West should have:Experience: 5-6 years of people management experienceCore Competencies:Strong team leadership and performance managementAbility to handle large KOLs and high-value accountsStrong execution, forecasting and field sales disciplineAbility to scale into NSM role in future
