Senior Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Kolkata/DelhiSummaryWe are seeking a creative and data-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead our performance marketing, digital marketing, and social media initiatives, as well as offline marketing support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, digital marketing, integrated marketing campaigns, and event management, with a focus on the service industry.ResponsibilitiesDigital & Performance MarketingStrategize and execute high-ROI paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platformsManage performance campaign mechanics, including lead generation, CPL & CPA optimization, remarketing strategies, and A/B testingConduct SEO/SEM activities, keyword planning, and web traffic analysisCreate and optimize landing pages to support campaign goalsTrack and report performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboardsSocial Media MarketingManage and grow social presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platformsDevelop and execute end-to-end social media campaigns, including strategy and content planning, post creation, publishing, and community engagementCreate compelling content, including posts, stories, and videosManage business pages and ensure timely responses to inquiriesTrack engagement metrics, follower growth, reach, and lead conversionsMaintain brand consistency with strong storytellingOffline & Event MarketingExecute branding events, workshops, and BTL activitiesManage vendor coordination for promotions, collaterals, and event brandingSupport sales with marketing tools, including brochures, standees, flyers, and other materialsRequirements:Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field3-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the service, staffing, or skill development industryHands-on experience in: + Performance marketing (Google and Meta) + Social Media Management + SEO/SEM and analytics tools + Content planning and coordinationExcellent communication and presentation skillsCreativity and analytical thinkingAbility to manage multiple campaigns with deadlines
