About the Role

We are seeking a creative yet data-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead our digital, performance, and social media marketing initiatives, along with supporting offline branding and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and performance optimization, especially within the service industry.

Key Responsibilities

1 Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Strategize and execute high-ROI paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Manage end-to-end performance campaigns:

  • Lead generation, CPL & CPA optimization

  • Remarketing and lookalike audience targeting
  • A/B testing to boost conversions
  • Conduct SEO/SEM activities, keyword planning & web traffic analysis
  • Create and optimize landing pages aligned with campaign goals
  • Track & report performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM dashboards

2 Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and grow social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns from strategy and content creation to community engagement
  • Coordinate with design and copy teams for post creation
  • Develop engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos)
  • Handle business page enquiries and maintain brand consistency through storytelling
  • Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and lead conversions

3 Offline & Event Marketing

  • Plan and execute branding events, workshops, and BTL activities
  • Coordinate with vendors for event branding, collaterals, and promotions
  • Support the sales team with marketing tools brochures, standees, flyers, etc.

Requirementskills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
  • 3 4 years of relevant experience (preferably in service/staffing/skill development industry)

  • Hands-on expertise in:

  • Performance Marketing (Google & Meta)

  • Social Media Management
  • SEO/SEM & Analytics Tools
  • Content Planning & Coordination
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Balanced creativity and analytical thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns with strict deadlines
