Senior Marketing Executive Location: Kolkata/Delhi Summary We are seeking a creative and data-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead our performance marketing, digital marketing, and social media initiatives, as well as offline marketing support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, digital marketing, integrated marketing campaigns, and event management, with a focus on the service industry. Responsibilities Digital & Performance Marketing Strategize and execute high-ROI paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms Manage performance campaign mechanics, including lead generation, CPL & CPA optimization, remarketing strategies, and A/B testing Conduct SEO/SEM activities, keyword planning, and web traffic analysis Create and optimize landing pages to support campaign goals Track and report performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards Social Media Marketing Manage and grow social presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms Develop and execute end-to-end social media campaigns, including strategy and content planning, post creation, publishing, and community engagement Create compelling content, including posts, stories, and videos Manage business pages and ensure timely responses to inquiries Track engagement metrics, follower growth, reach, and lead conversions Maintain brand consistency with strong storytelling Offline & Event Marketing Execute branding events, workshops, and BTL activities Manage vendor coordination for promotions, collaterals, and event branding Support sales with marketing tools, including brochures, standees, flyers, and other materials Requirements: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field 3-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the service, staffing, or skill development industry Hands-on experience in:           + Performance marketing (Google and Meta)           + Social Media Management           + SEO/SEM and analytics tools           + Content planning and coordination Excellent communication and presentation skills Creativity and analytical thinking Ability to manage multiple campaigns with deadlines
