We are
seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Mutual Fund
Distribution Business on a national scale. The ideal candidate will drive
growth, establish strong partnerships, and build a high-performing team to
expand the business across India.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. 1. StrategicPlanningandGrowth:

Develop and execute a
comprehensive strategyfor setting up
and scaling the mutual fund distribution business. Setandachievenationaltargetsforrevenue,AUM(AssetsUnder Management), and
client acquisition.

2.TeamLeadership:

Recruit,train, andlead ahigh-performing team of regionalheads,relationship managers, and sales professionals. Driveteamproductivityandfosteracollaborativework
environment.

3.BusinessDevelopment:

Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithdistributorsandotherkey stakeholders. Expandthepartnernetworktoenhancemarketpenetrationandreach.

4.ClientManagement:

Ensureasuperiorclientexperiencebydevelopingrobustservicestandards. DriveinitiativestoonboardandretainHNIandretailclients.

5.MarketingandBrandBuilding:

Collaboratewiththemarketingteamtopromotemutualfundofferingsand enhance brand visibility. Conductwebinars,seminars,andcampaignstoincreaseclientawareness.

6.PerformanceMonitoring:

Trackandanalyzeperformancemetrics,providingregularupdatestothe leadership team. Identifyareasforimprovementandimplementcorrectivemeasures.

KeyQualificationsandSkills:

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate(preferablyMBAinFinanceorMarketing).

Experience:

Minimum15yearsofexperienceinmutualfunddistributionorwealth
management, with 10 years of Team handling & at least 5 years in a
leadership role.

Skills:

Strongunderstanding ofmutual
fund products, financial markets,and
client behavior. Excellentleadership,communication,andinterpersonalskills. Abilitytobuildstrategicpartnershipsanddrivebusinessgrowth. Ability to recruit, mentor, and
lead large sales and distribution teams across multiple regions, ensuring high
performance and productivity.
