Job Title: National Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for setting up and scaling the mutual fund distribution business.
  • Set and achieve national targets for revenue, AUM (Assets Under Management), and client acquisition.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of regional heads, relationship managers, and sales professionals.
  • Drive team productivity and foster a collaborative work environment.

Business Development:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and other key stakeholders.
  • Expand the partner network to enhance market penetration and reach.

Client Management:

  • Ensure a superior client experience by developing robust service standards.
  • Drive initiatives to onboard and retain HNI and retail clients.

Marketing and Brand Building:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote mutual fund offerings and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct webinars, seminars, and campaigns to increase client awareness.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably MBA in Finance or Marketing).
  • Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of experience in mutual fund distribution or wealth management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of mutual fund products, financial markets, and client behavior. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
