The Role We Are Hiring For

At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our retail sales team in Mumbai. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in the mutual fund/AMC industry, preferably with 5-10 years of experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage regional distributors within assigned areas of responsibility.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL ADVISORS (IFAs).
  • Foster a sales-driven culture among distributors to promote products.
  • E nsure prompt resolution of operational and service issues while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strict adherence to established processes and compliance requirements.

Key Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of the mutual fund industry and its intricacies.
  • Experience in managing institutional sales, retail, banking, and distribution channels.
  • A comprehensive understanding of mutual fund regulations and compliances.
