If you are passionate about facilitating associate andorganizational success through learning, this might be the right opportunity for you.The Purpose of the Role:Learning Advisor• Act as a Learning consultant/advisor to the leaders of an assigned business group• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and partner in deliveringprograms/initiatives• Work with business leaders and your organization to solution skilling efforts for ourassociates• Align with and leverage global programs for greater synergy• Work with multiple business teams and matrixed organizationTalent Development & Human Resources• Participate in creating innovative learning solutions that enable tech, financial servicesor leadership competency building by partnering with relevant stakeholders• Manager vendor relations and other stakeholders to deliver programs to required needsand standards• Monitor learning effectiveness and analyse relevant metrics, working with the HROperations team• Proactively seek the support of HR Business partners to ensure that associates areenabled to leverage learning opportunities to learn and growSkills that are key to this Role:The role involves elements of conceptualization, solution design, program management,stakeholder management, execution of programs and initiatives. Key skills required include;• Learning needs identification & solutioning• Functional skills around talent development and facilitation• Stakeholder management and consulting skills• Project and program management• Ability to influence at various levels in the organization• The ability to work collaboratively• Exposure to learning technology platforms and ecosystemsAdditional Skills Good To Have For The Role• Instructional design skills and tools• Learning analyticsHow Talent Development Impacts The OrganizationTalent Development is a function in Human Resources that meets business objectives bydeveloping solutions that maximize the capability of its workforce and enhances associateexperience. The team isinvested in associates` development and career vitality by enabling development of skills tomeet current & future needs.Expertise we are looking for• MBA with specialization in HR• 6 - 10 years of experience in designing, developing and implementing a variety of learningsolutions• Experience in Talent Development and consulting roles preferredLocation: Bangalore/ChennaiShift timings: 9 am to 6 pm / 11 am to 8 pm.
