Assistant Manager – Talent Development

The Assistant Manager for Talent Development is responsible for facilitating and conduct in-house supervisory training programs, manage the new hire induction for Chennai and coordinate the design of e-learning modules for the organization. If you’re ready to make an impact and help shape the next generation of Healthcare RCM professionals, apply now Job Location: Chennai, India KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Train, and certify first time supervisors and tenured junior level supervisors for their role as team leaders and managers Work with the Instructional Designer to develop e-learning modules for annual compliance training, micro-training courses for employee development and other projects Maintain and send necessary training reports to the training manager and department head Manage the weekly new hire induction program by coordinating with talent acquisition team and various cross-functional teams Create and update relevant training modules JOB REQUIREMENTS Relationship Management and facilitation Skills Knowledge on feedback and coaching methodologies Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Excel and PowerPoint knowledge for reporting & data analysis QUALIFICATIONS Any graduate with minimum 8 years of experience in international BPO companies is preferred At least 4 years of experience in Talent Development 2+ years of experience in instructional designing for building training programs for adult learning Knowledge of Instructional Design tools and applications (Storyline, Captivate, Vyond, Easy Generator) is desired but not mandatory Experience in navigating a matrixed and virtual environment Recognized certifications on Talent Development, Instructional Design or Diploma in Training will be an added advantage
