About the Role:The Manager – HR Operations and Payroll will be responsible in ensuring the smooth functioning of all HR operational processes, compliance adherence, payroll execution, automation support, and overall governance of HR systems and documentation. Job Description:Manage monthly payroll execution, reconciliations, and documentation as per defined timelinesEnsure 100% compliance with statutory obligations like PF, ESI, TDS, PT, LWF, and other labor lawsFile quarterly and annual Income Tax returns accurately and within due datesMaintain half-yearly Professional Tax workingsOwn the compliance tracker and ensure updates are submitted each monthInvolve in Salary Bench Marking.Drive HR automation initiatives on HRMS in alignment with internal stakeholdersEnsure timely addition and deletion of employees in Mediclaim and process reimbursement claims within SLAEnsure smooth execution of Full & Final settlements in coordination with payroll and legalProvide data support and governance for internal Reward & Recognition and confirmation dashboardsEnsure timely submission of Management reports.Develop and maintain HR dashboards and scorecards for leadership reviewsAnalyze trends in attrition, headcount, performance, and engagement to support strategic decisionsProvide predictive analytics to forecast workforce needs and risksCollaborate with business leaders to interpret HR data and recommend actionable insightsEnsure data integrity and consistency across HR systems and reportsCandidate Requirement:15-20 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll in mid-to-large organizationsMaster's/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related disciplineStrong understanding of compliance, income tax, labor laws, and SAP HR moduleLocation: Chennai
