Develop and implement effective sales strategiesLead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targetsNegotiate and close agreements with large customersManage and oversee the operation of sales departmentPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecastsLiaise with Marketing and Product Development departmentsMonitor and analyze performance metricsEnsure timely delivery of products and services

A successful Export Sales Manager should have:

Proven work experience in sales management in LATAM, Central, South AmericaKnowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteAn ability to understand and analyze sales performance metricsSolid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skillsStrong communication and team management skillsDegree in Business Administration or relevant field
