Export Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our export efforts in LATAM, Central, and South America.

The successful candidate will develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, manage the operation of the sales department, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Lead a high-performing nationwide sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Negotiate and close major agreements with key customers across LATAM, Central, and South America.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

The ideal Export Sales Manager should possess:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Industrial/Manufacturing and Engineering sector.
  • Exceptional knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A strong analytical mindset, enabling the ability to understand and interpret sales performance metrics.
  • Superior customer service skills, combined with excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving results-oriented sales teams.
  • A degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
