Job Description
This person will be closely working with the founders and the leadership team to develop and execute the company's HR strategy aligned with business goals and scaling needsLead global talent acquisition and onboarding across tech, product, GTM, and operations functionsBuild and maintain a strong, inclusive, and values-driven cultureDesign and implement performance management, career development, and learning programsSet up and manage HR operations, systems, and compliance across multiple geographiesEnsure adherence to labor laws and employment regulations in the US, EMEA, and IndiaProvide HR analytics and insights to support data-driven decision-makingPartner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change managementThe Successful Applicant
7-13 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in high-growth tech or SaaS companiesExperience of working with a smaller setup or start-up is highly preferredProven ability to build HR functions from the ground up and operate independentlyExperience managing HR operations across the US, EMEA, and IndiaFamiliarity with labor laws and compliance requirements in these regionsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skillsPassion for people, culture, and building scalable, high-performance organizations-
