Generate technical proposals and quotations tailored to customer requirements, including specifications and pricing. Manage the entire sales lifecycle: prospecting, lead generation, product recommendation, negotiations, and closing deals. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction. Technical Consultation: Understand customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions, addressing client-specific challenges. Provide technical advice, guidance, and solutions during pre-sales and post-sales stages. Assist clients in system design and integration of clean tech solutions, ensuring compatibility and efficiency. Respond to technical inquiries, providing in-depth product knowledge and troubleshooting assistance. Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the technical specifications align with customer needs. Communicate customer requirements and feedback to product development teams for ongoing product improvement. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on the latest market trends, innovations, and competitive landscape in the clean tech industry.
