It has a strong market presence and is committed to delivering high-quality products and services to its customers.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets in the personal care/beauty sector.Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors in the region.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.Ensure effective execution of promotional activities and marketing plans.Analyse sales data and provide regular reports to senior management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.Oversee budget management and resource allocation for the region.The Successful ApplicantA successful RSM - South should have:A master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Experience as regional manager in handling southern statesProven experience in sales, preferably in the personal care/beauty or retail industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
