Job Description

Lead end-to-end HR operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle management, benefits, and exit processesAct as the SME for HR Ops, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and CoE teamsManage and mentor a team of 5-6 HR professionals across locationsBuild scalable, compliant processes while driving automation and service excellencePartner with global counterparts and align local operations with global best practicesCollaborate closely with the leader of HR Ops, Analytics, and other CoEs

The Successful Applicant

10-12 years of experience in HR operations or shared services in mid to large-scale organizationsStrong understanding of HR lifecycle processes, compliance, and employee benefitsPrior experience in people management and stakeholder engagementProcess-oriented with a bias for execution and continuous improvementComfortable operating in high-integrity, fast-paced global environmentsLocation: Hyderabad only
