Qualification: MBA in HR/Personnel Management from a reputed institution prefered.

Experience: 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in small/mid-size business conglomerates or engineering/service industries.

Note: Telugu language proficiency is mandatory. (spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration

* Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

* Oversee payroll management, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.), and HR documentation.

* Drive onboarding, induction, training, and performance management processes.

* Implement HR automation and ensure smooth adoption of HR systems.

* Conduct compliance, legal, safety, and ethical audits in line with industry standards.

* Support day-to-day administration activities to ensure seamless office operations.

* Proven expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and administration.

* Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

* Proficiency in **MS Office** and exposure to **HR software/automation tools**.
