Summary:The Event Production & Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-impact corporate events, including conferences, product launches, team-building initiatives, and client engagements. This position demands strategic oversight of all event lifecycle stages, from initial planning to post-event evaluation, ensuring flawless delivery that reflects the organization’s brand values and business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex events within corporate environments, demonstrating exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. This role is critical to maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence in experiential marketing and stakeholder engagement.Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end event production, including budget development, vendor sourcing and management, venue selection, logistics planning, and on-site execution.• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and executive teams to translate business goals into compelling, brand-aligned event experiences.• Supervise cross-functional teams, including event staff, contractors, and third-party suppliers, to ensure consistent quality, punctuality, and adherence to project timelines.• Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations, legal standards, and sustainability practices across all event operations.• Monitor event performance metrics and lead post-event reviews to drive continuous improvement and optimize future event outcomes.RequirementsRequirements:• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in event production, with a focus on corporate events and large-scale gatherings (500+ attendees).• Proven success managing high-profile events for enterprise clients or major organizations.• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience coordinating diverse, on-site teams.• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.• In-depth knowledge of event budgeting, vendor contracts, risk management, and compliance protocols.• Must be based in Kolkata and available to work from the office located at Kasba (Opposite Siemens office).• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, particularly during peak event seasons.
