About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Manager- Events & Activation to join our team. This role demands a mix of sales acumen, client servicing & business development. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth on-ground execution of events and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and activation space
  • Pitch creative and strategic activation ideas to potential clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Client Retention & Expansion
  • Serve as the point of contact for existing clients
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts through up-selling and cross-selling
  • Vendor Management & Negotiation
  • Source and onboard reliable vendors and partners for production and logistics
  • Negotiate costs and timelines while maintaining service quality
  • Build and manage long-term vendor relationships
  • On-Ground Execution
  • Oversee event planning, setup, and on-site execution end-to-end
  • Coordinate logistics, staff, materials, and permissions
  • Ensure all deliverables are executed as per client expectations and timelines
  • What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in events, brand activations, or experiential marketing
  • Excellent communication and client handling skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Willingness to travel and be present on-site during events
  • Knowledge of vendor landscape and production processes is a plus
