Job Description: Area Sales Manager (Medical Products)Location: Pune, IndiaCompany Overview: Snoozfit is the market leader in sleep apnea diagnostics and therapeutics, revolutionizing the industry with cutting-edge non-contact technology for diagnosing sleep apnea. Our mission is to enhance patient care and improve outcomes through innovative solutions.Role Overview: As an Area Sales Manager at Snoozfit, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and market expansion efforts in Pune and surrounding areas. You will represent our advanced sleep apnea diagnostic technologies to healthcare professionals, with a focus on building relationships and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote Snoozfit's non-contact sleep apnea diagnostic technology with doctorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key doctors, sleep specialists, and healthcare professionalsLead and mentor a team of junior medical representatives, providing training and support to achieve team objectives.Participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to showcase Snoozfit's technology and increase market penetration.Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, or allied fields.Minimum 6 years of experience in field sales within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Strong network and established relationships with doctors in cardiology, ENT, Pulmonology, or Neurology.Experience in launching and marketing innovative medical products is an advantage.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skillAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results independently and as part of a team.Mandatory QualificationsStrong doctor connects in the field of cardiology, ENT, Neurology or Pulmonology. Ability to guide and influence doctors is a mustBenefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and career development in a leading-edge medical technology company.Collaborative and innovative work environment focused on improving patient care and outcomes.Join Snoozfit in advancing sleep apnea diagnostics and therapeutics with state-of-the-art technology.
