Job Description
Provide strategic guidance and oversee IT infrastructure operations.Ensure IT systems align with the company's business objectives.Lead the IT team and provide technical leadership.Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.Oversee the development and implementation of disaster recovery protocols.Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.Manage and report on allocation of IT budget.Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of IT and insurance industry.The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of IT Infrastructure should have:
Extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure internal teams and vendor managementExperience dealing with large scale servers, data centre management, network management and info secPrevious experience handling AS/400Strong strategic and business mindset.Excellent leadership and organisational abilities.-
