Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Chiller Sales Specialist with 4-8 years of experience in selling chillers, heat pumps, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing expert advice on HVAC solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the chiller and HVAC markets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Understand and analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate chiller, heat pump, and HVAC solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and technical support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and negotiations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with the engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate product specifications and successful project execution.
  • Coordinate with the service team to address post-sales issues and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in sales within the chiller, heat pump, and HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong technical knowledge of chillers, heat pumps, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
