Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Department: Finance Location: Thane Reports To: CEO/Board of Directors Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company, overseeing financial planning, financial risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

The CFO also ensures the company's financial health and advises the CEO and executive team on financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities: 1.

Financial Strategy: - Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy.

- Provide strategic financial insights to shape business strategies.

- Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to establish long-term financial goals.

Financial Planning & Analysis: - Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.

- Analyze financial performance against operational targets.

- Identify areas for cost optimization and profitability improvement.

3.

Financial Reporting: - Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the CEO, board of directors, and external stakeholders.

- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

Risk Management: - Identify, assess, and manage the financial risks of the organization.

- Implement robust internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.

- Oversee tax planning and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

5.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management: - Optimize cash flow, manage liquidity, and ensure sufficient capital is available for growth.

- Manage banking relationships and financial instruments.

- Oversee investment strategies to maximize returns on excess funds.

Capital Management: - Advise on capital raising strategies including debt, equity, and other funding sources.

- Lead negotiations on financing arrangements.

7.

Team Leadership: - Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Oversee talent acquisition, development, and succession planning for the finance department.

- Promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CA preferred).

- 10+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership roles.

- Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership position.

- Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.

- Experience in managing complex financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, and auditing.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.

- Experience working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance-related matters.
